Imagine, if you could generate “walk-onburning-coals” client loyalty like Disney does. Is this the same as The Disney Institute Seminar? 

(TLDR: not at all!)


Now before you think that Vance is gonna bash his former employer… No such luck. 
Here's the scoop:  the Disney Institute also holds sessions that are multi day experiential learning days. Their program, as of this writing, is $5,425. But then you need to get a hotel (1500 bucks), park tickets (at least 300 bucks), and travel from the airport (197 bucks). So in essence it is over $7,000.00 to attend.

The Disney Institute classes are also LARGER. It is not uncommon for there to be 50 or 75 people in a class. Not exactly an intimate learning environment. Their program is also STRICTLY SCRIPTED. There is very little deviation from the script or 1:1 personal interaction between the facilitator and the group. What else would expect from the Disney Company?

My business is different from Disney. Can I really expect to discover the secrets of growing my business?
Yes! Whatever industry you’re in, you’ll find many ways to adapt what Disney does, and be able to profit mightily. Also, we are completely adapting this to entrepreneurs & small-medium biz owners! 
Can someone stay in the room with me?
But of course! Bring the whole family! Great way to write off a vacation. The rooms typically have 2 queen beds as well as a pull out sofa bed. 5 people can fit in the room, albeit a bit snuggly. **this is different than our "Shared Room Rate" which saves you money if you are doing the event WITH a colleague/team member. 
Can I write this Disney field trip off as a business expense??
I’m not an accountant or tax advisor so I can’t advise you what action to take, however I can confirm that this is a business training, and many past participants have chosen to write off the expense
If I want to extend my stay for a few more days, how does that work?
One of the benefits of this trip is that we are staying at Disney's premier resort, The Grand Floridian. Most rooms sell for over $800 per night. But as an attendee, you can extend your stay 3 days before or 3 days after the event at our preferred rate of $419 per night!
Will I see my family during the event?
Sure! When you got to sleep! The event is jam packed with classroom training and park tours. Sorry, spouses who are not paying  - attendees cannot join you during the event. The exception being the opening reception and the dessert reception at Epcot on night #2. 

Families can join attendees for those receptions, and have VIP viewing of the Epcot light show. A $100 donation (per person, per reception) to the Queen Anne's Animal Rescue shelter will be their admission price.
Here is the broad itinerary:
✅Day 1: Opening reception: 6-8 pm
✅Day 2: Classroom and Epcot. Families can join you at Epcot when the tour is over. (5:00 pm ish)
✅Day 3: Magic Kingdom Tour and Classroom: We wrap up around 5:00 pm. You can then go back to the Magic Kingdom with your family

How much are park tickets?
For attendees, the park tickets are included in the total package. You can purchase discounted park tickets for family members or yourself if you are extending your stay. Since Disney has an almost infinite number of ticket combinations, I can't give you a hard cost. However, your discount will be in 10-12% off full price. There are also partial day tickets available that you will not find on the Disney website. You will only be able to get those from Vance.
About your Hosts

Vance Morris

Vance spent 10 years working for the mouse at Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. He started his career at Disney on the Opening Team of the Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, and progressed through the management ranks as The All-Island Duty Manager at Pleasure Island, Service Trainer aboard the Empress Lily, and on the revitalization team of the Contemporary Resort in the mid-90’s. It was at the Contemporary that Vance got his crowning achievement, Designing, Opening and Operating Chef Mickey’s, Disney’s flagship Character Dining Experience.

After leaving Disney, (yes people do leave) he utilized his skills to rescue or improve many of America’s companies and government agencies. His clients included Legal Seafoods, Tyson, NASA, Rain Forest Café, Compass Group, The Executive Office of the President of the United States, The Smithsonian and the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

Tiring of corporate life, Vance opened his own Bricks & Mortar Business in 2007. After meteoric growth of his service business, other entrepreneurs began to seek him out for advice and counsel. This spawned his next business, Deliver Service Now!, consulting and coaching other companies on how to create and implement Disney style service and then apply Direct Response Marketing to profit from it.

Tony Babcock

Tony Babcock is a Speaker, Coach, Live Event Host, Author & award-winning Actor.
Growing up as an awkward queer kid with ADHD in the literal middle of nowhere, he is completely self-made and represents a story of taking a chance and finding the way at any cost.
He has worked with thousands of individuals across the globe and has been a keynote speaker for the world's largest companies (including Microsoft, YMCA, Freshbooks, Doctors without Borders, & Hilton Hotels).
As an actor or expert he has been featured on projects on Netflix, Amazon Prime, NBC, CBS, CBC, Cartoon Network, and has recorded national radio commercials for huge brands such as Virgin & Moneris. He has been featured in major publications, podcasts, talk shows and magazines.
